DESCRIPTION
Seneca Building Group designed and built a detached accessory structure to serve as a flexible, multi-use retreat for work and guests. The 510-square-foot heated space includes a welcoming lounge, office nook, full bathroom, and dedicated 62 feet of dedicated storage area, making it equally suited for productivity or relaxation.
Set on a tight lot in Charlotte’s Chantilly neighborhood, the project required strategic site planning and precision execution. Inside, custom millwork and premium fixtures elevate the design, reflecting SBG’s signature balance of craftsmanship, efficiency, and livable design.
