Second-Story Addition + Whole Home Remodel
DESCRIPTION
This comprehensive expansion transformed a classic Charlotte home with a full second-story addition featuring three bedrooms, a bonus room, and dual Jack-and-Jill bathrooms. On the main level, a new primary suite and raised ceilings brought modern comfort and functionality to the home’s layout.
Outdoor living was equally prioritized with covered porches, a Trex deck, and a multi-slide rear door that seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor spaces. Altogether, this remodel added over 1,400 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, blending structural precision with elevated everyday living.
