Addition + Detached Garage with Living Space
DESCRIPTION
This project elevated a traditional Charlotte home with a custom primary suite addition featuring tailored closets, an integrated laundry area, and improved flow to the backyard through a multi-slide glass door. Inside, updates to the interior circulation created a more functional, modern layout while maintaining the home’s original character.
A new detached two-car garage with a 715-square-foot guest apartment above provides flexible living space, complete with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and media area. The transformation expanded the property to a four-bedroom, four-bath main residence, seamlessly blending convenience, comfort, and craftsmanship.
