DESCRIPTION
This addition and full interior reconfiguration transformed the home’s layout to better suit modern living. The redesigned floor plan introduced a new primary suite, guest ensuite, office/nursery, wet room, and a dedicated laundry space, bringing both function and flow to the home.
Behind the scenes, performance upgrades ensured comfort and quiet with STC-rated windows, specialty sound-dampening drywall, and offset framing for acoustic control. Exterior brickwork and floor elevations were meticulously matched to blend old and new seamlessly — a hallmark of Seneca Building Group’s precision craftsmanship.
