DESCRIPTION
This studs-out remodel gave new life to a 1950s Charlotte ranch, blending midcentury charm with modern livability. The reconfigured floor plan introduced a true primary bathroom, refreshed guest bath, and a dedicated laundry room cleverly carved from former storage space.
Finishing touches included new doors and trim, full interior and exterior paint, and a concealed laundry access built seamlessly into custom kitchen cabinetry — a subtle nod to Seneca Building Group’s thoughtful design and precision craftsmanship.
