Addition + Whole Home Remodel
DESCRIPTION
This addition and whole-home renovation honors the character of an early-1900s home while introducing modern comfort and efficiency. The design includes a new primary suite with custom closets and a dedicated laundry area, a reworked kitchen layout for better flow, and updated bathrooms and finishes throughout.
Outdoor living was reimagined with a vaulted, Infratech-heated screened porch, perfect for year-round enjoyment. Every exterior detail — from siding to millwork — was carefully crafted to match the home’s original historic style, blending timeless architecture with thoughtful modern updates.
