DESCRIPTION

This custom home in Selwyn Park was designed and built to blend timeless architecture with modern functionality and elevated outdoor living. The 3,300 heated square-foot home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with thoughtfully designed spaces that balance comfort, craftsmanship, and high-end finishes throughout.

The design emphasizes indoor–outdoor living, anchored by a resort-style backyard complete with a custom pool, turf border, and a dedicated outdoor shower area. The rear porch functions as an extension of the home year-round with integrated Infratech heaters, limestone porch flooring, and seamless access to the outdoor entertaining spaces.

Inside, the home showcases refined materials and exceptional craftsmanship. A dramatic floor-to-ceiling porcelain slab fireplace surround serves as the focal point of the main living space, complemented by custom iron railing details and carefully curated stone, tile, and cabinetry selections throughout the home.

Every element of the project—from architectural planning to the final finish selections—was executed with a focus on quality, attention to detail, and a cohesive design vision.
